Is CoolSculpting Elite painful?

CoolSculpting Elite uses a cooling technique called cryolipolysis to achieve a reduction in unwanted fat. It works by freezing fat cells. Once removed from the body, they do not return or reproduce, allowing patients to reduce areas of unwanted fat directly. While patients will feel the cooling sensation on their skin, the treatment itself is not painful or uncomfortable. CoolSculpting Elite also doesn’t require patients to take time off of work or other activities for recovery as traditional plastic surgeries do.
