Edit: The response to this review further demonstrates my point of unprofessionalism from the surrounding staff. The full recount given is mostly true, but my review’s intention is to showcase that this morning’s interaction lacked care. I called back 6 times to a closed office phone. And contrary to what Ms. Fann’s response states, I was left with 2 voicemails that contained no detail as to why I was called, and only instructed me to call back. Please understand that I am not leaving a review with an intent to badmouth staff unprompted. They did their job, to say the least, but the interaction was less than pleasant.
I was a patient of Dr. Richey for a few years, and I believe she’s a good doctor. However, the front desk staff can be a bit dismissive and argumentative. If you’re okay with dealing with some frustration from them, you should find that care from Dr. Richey is worth it.
