The wait time was extensive and a bit frustrating, as I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment in the lobby. However, after I was seen by Dr Richie, my first time meeting her she was very nice, welcoming, educated and answered any questions I had. My appointment did not feel rushed and we were given a lot of information.
