Extremely unprofessional when it comes to responding to patient requests/calls. My wife has called several times over the last week and had to leave messages. Medical practices are busy, so not answering the phone is strange but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is NOT RETURNING several patient calls, particularly when the patient is looking for information on test results! Just careless and completely insulting, seeing as my wife has entrusted her care to this practice. Totally and utterly unacceptable.
