Good luck getting them to call you back about anything. They tell everyone to use the portal and that you’ll receive a response in 2 business days. Well it’s been 21 days and counting for me. Calling will only get you a voicemail box and no real person. I’m really disappointed because they helped me so much in the beginning. I’m looking for a new doctor, even if they do call me back.
