Currently getting prenatal care at this office. Treated like a number not a patient. Giving someone else’s appointment time more than once, because they were looking at someone else’s chart.
Wrong insurance info sent to my portal that had someone else’s information on it and not mine.
Have to remind them of how much I’m having to pay on my delivery fee each time I’m in the office. Every time they act like I don’t know what I’m talking about.
I know it’s standard not to see your dr at every prenatal appointment and I’m okay with that.
The only thing that’s keeping me as a patient is Dr.Sosa. Training at the front desk needs to be reevaluated though.
