Awful billing department. My wife has been following up since last 10 months to reprocess an incorrect code sent by Dr Sosha, but they have not done yet. She has called minimum 50 times in last 10 months to explain this but the staff in billing department have behaved in really rude and obnoxious manner. Half the times they don’t pick up the call(even today we called 5 times since morning) or answer the voicemails. Horrible experience, I would recommend avoiding this place.
