Overall, I will say my experience has been phenomenal! I’ve been going to Dr. Richey for my gynecology care and more recently my obstetrics care. The staff are wonderful, warm, engaging and treat you like a dear friend each visit. I enjoy chatting with the staff during my visits.
However, my only reasoning for not providing 5 stars would be the receptionist that checks the patients in. I am not sure if this is just my experience but she is not inviting nor welcoming and it seems as if I’m inconveniencing her whenever I ask a question. Initially I simply chalked it up to maybe just a rough day but with each visit it appears that this is her normal.
Hopefully, that gets better with time as it would be a shame for patients not to return due to the lack of professionalism of one.
