Absolutely horrible!!! This review is directly associate with the East Broad St. location.
I am very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness demonstrated by this office. There is absolutely zero reason why it should take over 5 days and counting to return a call. It’s even more concerning that the staff, at least in my case, hasn’t followed up on a request I called about last week.
I never would have thought that a simple prescription request would be such a daunting task.
