I actually love the doctors and nurses. However the front desk staff or who ever is answering the phones is so rude and impatient. Called in to be seen the women on the phone didn’t ask me my name, DOB, anything. Just said there were no appointments and said I could leave a message and ask for a prescription. A prescription!? Why am I asking for a prescription for something I don’t know I have! So distasteful and rude. I’ve been going to this practice for over 10 years. I am disappointed and disgusted that she wouldn’t try to find me the next available appointment instead of rushing me off the phone. Makes me so mad. People are calling in with real time problems. I’d hate to be on the other side of a phone call with her. This was a call made today 11:20 am. You work in customer service your job is to provide quality service not rush patience off the phone.
